Customer Reviews
Good variety, slow delivery
I ordered the Choose Your Own Box and picked out the Laksa, Shepherd's Pie, and a couple of the Brown Rice Bowls. The meals themselves were quite tasty and felt genuinely healthy, which I appreciate. Portion sizes were good too. My main criticism is the delivery took 6 days to get to my place in regional Victoria, which felt a bit long for ready-to-eat meals, even if they are well-packaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, it's a solid service but they could definitely improve on shipping times.
Tasty and convenient
Got the Curated Meal Box. Meals were good, easy to heat. Delivery was on time. Will order again.
So delicious, huge fan!
OMG, I just got my first order from IKU and I am blown away! The Eggplant Bake was so incredibly tasty, and the Quinoa Salad was super fresh. Everything was packed perfectly, and it arrived faster than I expected. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer. Seriously, if you're looking for amazing vegan ready meals, you HAVE to try IKU! I'm already planning my next box!
Consistently good meals
This was my third order from IKU, and they've been consistently reliable. I usually go for the Dahl and the Minestrone Soup, and they're always flavorful and hearty. This time I also tried the Plant-Based Meatballs and they were a nice addition. Delivery usually takes about 3-4 days to Sydney, which is pretty standard. I keep coming back because the quality hasn't dropped, and it's a hassle-free way to ensure I have healthy meals ready.
Super easy weeknight dinners
Okay, so I finally tried IKU, and honestly, I'm pretty impressed. My partner and I grabbed a few different things like the Vegetable Tagine and the Gnocchi, and they were surprisingly yummy for ready-made stuff. It saved us a ton of time after work, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Packaging was all good, nothing leaky. It's definitely a bit pricier than cooking from scratch, but for the convenience? Totally worth it for those busy nights. Might grab some more next month.
Good value for a first order
I was looking for a healthy meal option and found IKU. I took advantage of their first-order discount, which made the price point much more appealing. I ordered a mix including the Lasagna and a couple of the Lentil Soups. The quality for what I paid felt quite reasonable. Without the discount, it might be a bit more than I'd usually spend, but it was a great way to try them out and see if it fit my budget for convenience.

Is there a first-order discount code floating around anywhere? Trying to save a few bucks on my first box.
Hey guys, thinking about trying IKU. Anyone know if their meals are actually fresh or if they're frozen and you just microwave them? Wanna make sure it's good stuff.
